Unless the facebook plugin stops working when it detects FVM, I have no idea. One thing that I see is that you have a lot of jQuery inline code, so definitely you need to exclude jQuery on FVM. But like I said, if you already disabled JS and CSS processing, as well as HTML processing… that means, FVM is literally disabled.
